I am writing on behalf of Park Agency regarding your property located at 655 W. Washington St. I regret to inform you of an incident that occurred at the property on April 9 of this year.
During a standard showing with a prospective renter, one of our agents observed signs suggesting the possible presence of an unauthorized occupant inside the property. In accordance with Park Agency safety protocol, our agent immediately ended the showing, exited the premises with the guest, and contacted local law enforcement to request assistance.
Upon arrival, law enforcement entered the property and instructed both our agent and the prospective renter to remain in their vehicles for safety and to avoid interfering with the investigation. After several minutes had passed without either officer returning, additional law enforcement personnel arrived at the scene, along with federal agents from an unknown agency, who established a perimeter around the property and temporarily quarantined all individuals present. We understand that specialized personnel subsequently entered the property, though no further details have been made available to us at this time. We have been advised that representatives from the Department of Containment will be contacting you directly for further inquiry.
We have also been formally instructed that the property may no longer remain listed on our agency website and that the listing, along with its related history, must be removed from our records.
