He is often described as the most stubborn man in Covens society, a title he wears proudly. He is a man of vast intellect but with such vastness comes the immense weight of responsibility. As one of the first Coven Lords he was granted the gift of agelessness from the Divine. A gift that has felt more like a burden throughout the stages of history he's witnessed. Despite it all, Simu Florentina has continued to inspire the society with his discoveries and teachings of things only he tends to understand.
Coven History
Scholars of the Florentina make all the difference in the Covens Society. Their order is sent to investigate and learn about all things magic in the world, studying everything from the smallest of creatures to the largest of disasters in history. Most of the time, Florentina scholars will go undercover as local police or officials to better observe the events happening on a ground level, taking their knowledge and returning to the archives with it. Their study and understanding of magic influences the Covens and leads to discoveries that will eventually trickle down to the general public once the Covens deem it safe.
The Florentina are the seekers of knowledge, looking to understand the world and how it works alongside magic. Some look to understand the world on a greater scale, studying the universe and the different realms, seeing how they move and shift. Others look to study the practical uses of magic, seeing spells and cantrips as the tools to better civilization. Regardless of the practice, the Florentina as a whole dedicate themselves to the betterment of the world, knowing that if they are to protect the world, they must first understand how it works.
